Prepping for the Cheesy Veg Sandwich

Peel and wash ¾ yellow capsicum, ¾ red capsicum, ¾ green capsicum, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber and 1 carrot. Cut them very finely and put them in a bowl. Remember, while cutting tomatoes, seeds have to be removed, as well as carrots have to be grated. In this way the vegetables will be cut and ready.

Now put all the chopped vegetables, ½ tsp of salt, ¼ tsp of ground black pepper, ¼ tsp of chili flakes, 1 finely chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp of coriander leaves and 5 tbsp of mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix them well, spread chess the stuffing for the sandwich will be ready.

Apply some butter on two bread slices. Then put some stuffing on one slice and cover it with another slice. Make another similar, just apply some green chutney or tomato ketchup along with butter on one slice. Then place them in the griller to grill, after 3 minutes the grilled veg sandwich will be ready. Similarly, you can also make some more grilled veg sandwiches.

Process of making Tawa Veg Sandwich

Apply some green chutney on two bread slices, apply some stuffing on one slice and cover it with the other slice. Now heat the tawa and apply butter on it. Now put the sandwich on the pan with the buttered side and bake it, in the same way, apply butter on the other side and cook it till it turns golden brown on both the sides.
